About Steven Pesavento:

Steven is from a small town in Minnesota. He wanted to be two things growing up: A Chef like Emerald Lugosi or renovate houses like Bob Villa. He graduated from St. Johns University in 2011 and took his first real job in Management Consulting. It was a great way to start, but there was no passion for it. Steven doubled his salary with every new job but realized that chasing money wasn’t the key to happiness.

After many industries and a few businesses later, he had to get back to the core desires: What do I want in my life? Real estate was a topic that kept surfacing. So he took the leap. He listened to every podcast, book, mentor, and speaker he could find. He needed to learn everything he could as fast as he could. Two years after starting, Steven bought and sold 200 properties in two states.

He renovated many of them and built a wonderful team, all working towards one mutual success. He has found a new mission in life: Help others live a better life every day, have fun, and make money.
