Daniel Nickles
Host
At a young age, Daniel Nickles was first introduced to real estate by his father who worked as a broker-agent and property manager. From sweeping floors and mowing lawns to working on roofs and performing make-ready service, he was taught the value of hard work. Daniel began his investing career shortly after obtaining a degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Oklahoma in 2012. Like most, he started by purchasing stocks and building a portfolio of cash flowing single family rentals. He has since made a shift into large multifamily properties after learning about the significant benefits they provide. Today, he is focusing on helping others build wealth, passively and actively, in multifamily syndications.
Chris Thompson
Host
Chris was born and raised in Tulsa, OK and now lives and works in real estate around the Oklahoma City metro area after studying math and engineering at the University of Oklahoma. Chris is a licensed Realtor in Oklahoma that specializes in all facets of real estate business such as assisting first time home buyers navigate their first purchase to seasoned investors looking to expand their portfolio of single family home rentals and multifamily income properties. Chris loves analyzing properties and putting together deals that will help build his clients’ wealth.
